We are pleased to invite to participate in III International Numismatic Conference Pecunia Omnes Vincit. Coin as a medium of exchange throughout centuries that will be held at the Institute of Archaeology, Jagiellonian University in Cracow, Poland on May 20-21, 2016.

The conference concerns address a full spectrum of topics in means of payment in the economy, exchange and equivalents of variety currency, monetary reforms, circulation or propaganda in antiquity and medieval times. The Conference is addressed to students and PhD students of archaeology, history and other related sciences.

Presentations of 20 minutes of doctoral and student projects will be presented in English. The Conference fee is 10 EUR. During the conference there will be a possibility of visiting the Numismatic Collection in the Emeryk Hutten-Czapski Museum. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.

The event will be held over two days with presentations and posters delivered by participants. Applications with the abstracts (200 words no longer) shall be send by email or filled in at with a deadline till the end of February 2016.
