Submission guidelines

Individual papers

Please send papers of around 2,500 words with their title to ccap.ccpa.2016@gmail.com by 6 June 2016. In the email to which your paper is attached, please include your name, institutional affiliation and preferred postal address. You will be notified by the end of June of the status of your proposal. Successful candidates will be allotted a 50-minute time slot, comprising a 25-minute presentation, and 25 minutes for questions and discussion. Presentations can be summaries of longer papers, and papers will be distributed in advance.

Poster presentations

Posters provide an opportunity to present and discuss your work (research project, PhD topic) during the poster session and at other times during the conference, and they allow authors and participants to connect and engage in discussion about the presented work. There will be two scheduled sessions during which presenters will be expected to stand by their posters and discuss their work. Posters should be 24 inches (60 centimeters) high by 36 inches (90 centimeters) wide.

Although the presentation will be in the form of a poster, the submission itself should be in the form of an abstract describing the work. Please send your abstract (300-500 words, include a title) to ccap.ccpa.2016@gmail.com by 6 June 2016. In an email to which your proposal is attached please include your name, institutional affiliation and preferred postal address. Please also indicate whether you would like to serve as a commentator if your proposal is not accepted. You will be notified by the end of June of the status of your proposal.
